Launch your web browser. In the initial page, choose "NTT Communications" from roaming partner pull-down list. |

Login page for NTT Communications HOTSPOT customer will be shown. Input your HOTSPOT login ID along with "@hotspot.ne.jp"(i.e. LoginID@hotspot.ne.jp) and Password, and then click login button. |
*If you are currently using a Password with more than 16 characters for the HOTSPOT service, you need to shorten the Password on the Member Support page.
*Please use IEEE802.11b compliant wireless LAN devices. IEEE802.11a compliant devices are not available.
<Note1> SSIDs for Boingo are "any" for Zurich Airport, and " Boingo Hotspot" for other venues.
<Note2> SSIDs for Monzoon are in addition to "MONZOON", "public" for Universitaet Zuerich/ETH Zuerich/Zuerchr Hochchule Winterthur, PWLAN for Universite de Neuchatel, "public-unil" for Universite de Lausanne, "any" for Zurich Airport, and "Telecom Liechtenstein" in Liechtenstein. In some locations, service may be used with other SSIDs, in which case the access will be charged at the same rate. In some service area (ex. Zurich Airport, Universitaet Zuerich, ETH Zuerich, Zuerchr Hochchule Winterthur), in the initial page shown upon launching your browser, you may first need to choose "Monzoon" from the partner list, and then in the following page choose "NTT Communications" from the partner list to show the standard login page for HOTSPOT customers. Note that some of the listed locations may not be available due to maintenance or for other reasons.
<Note3> SSIDs for Telekom Deutschland, former T-Mobile Germany and T-Home / T-Com, are to be changed from old ones [T-Mobile_ICE on ICE trains and tmobile in other locations] to new ones [Telekom_ICE and Telekom, respectively]. Further, SSID for T-Mobile HotSpot is to be changed from tmobile to Telekom. These changes, starting from August 30th 2010, are carried out gradually. Please note that new and old SSIDs may co-exist during the transition period.
# As of October 13th 2005, it is no longer required to sign up for the Global Broadband Roaming Service (GBRS) to use Global Roaming Service. In case you desire to stop the GBRS access, please visit the Customer Center page. |
