| How to Cancel Your Subscription to HOTSPOT service |
If you wish to terminate your HOTSPOT service, carefully read the note
below and fill out the Cancellation Form, and forward us the document by
postal mail.
* We do not accept the Cancellation Form by E-Mail or facsimile. Please
send us the form by post.
You can print out the Cancellation Form from below.
* If you have any problems with printing out the form, please contact our HOTSPOT
Information Desk.

Note (Please read carefully before proceeding)
·Regardless of the days of service rendered, entire
monthly fee will be charged for the month (including the initial month
of subscription) in which the cancellation process is completed.
·User may cancel the service in the middle of the month, but the entire monthly
subscription fee will be charged (The fee will not be charged on prorated basis.)
·Please note that cancellation form may be invalid if the information is insufficient
or wrong, or if we do not receive the form due to some postal problems.
·Upon receipt of your cancellation form, we will send a Notice of Receipt of
Cancellation Form to the mailing address you have indicated on the form. If you
do not receive the Notice of Receipt after one month of your sending the form,
please contact our HOTSPOT Information Desk.
·You cannot reverse the cancellation after sending in the form. Your previous
user ID may not be available even if you decide to subscribe to our HOTSPOT service
again.
·In canceling the service, we kindly ask that all due liabilities up to the cancellation
day be paid in sum according to our instruction. We will not reimburse any service
fees previously paid. |
